Professional Mulcher low and robust, laterally movable with wires rotor “BioSystem” and automatic feeler for mechanical/ ecological weeding in “ORGANIC” orchards and vineyards.
- Machine in a compact, robust and very low structure for cutting the grass in the row and wedding between the plants in a single passage
- Left-side (counterclockwise) rotation – distribution of the grass toward the carriageway
- AEDES “BioSystem” rotor equipped with special wires (PU 6 mm - reinforced)
- V-belt drive
- Cylinder for hydraulic tilt of the wires rotor
- Electro-hydraulic automatic feeler with electro-valves, flow regulator, emergency button for manual closing – powered by independent hydraulic system with pump and tank
- Hydraulic cylinder (positioner) that opens/closes and adjusts the wires rotor
- Height-adjustable rollers at the front and broad roller at the rear (Ø 170 mm) for easy gliding and manoeuvrability
- Hydraulic side shift - LINEAR
- Frame of three-point linkage category 1 (cat. 2 on request) with self-lubricating sliding blocks front side and small sliding wheels rear side
- Sliding chain on the third point to allow the machine to perfectly adapt to the terrain irregularity
- Machine attached behind the tractor and used in trail (front mounting or for tractors with reverse drive on request)
- Gearbox adjustment PTO 540 RPM
- Cardan shaft with freewheel
- Safety-protections and “CE” certification
